The Central Support Services unit (CSS) provides a Shared Services Solution which includes a Core Banking System to the Co-operative Banking Sector. The CSS has created an enabling environment where the sector can compete on an equal footing with commercial Banks. |

CSS aims to enhance the Operational capability of the participating CFIs and integrate the organisation into the National Payment System. CSS creates the Back office of the Co-operative Financial Institution (CFI) by providing Shared Services. Some of the services provided by CSS are: |

The Shared Services offering is combined with a recognised Core Banking Solution approved by the Reserve Bank and the Payment association of South Africa (PASA) as well as an Enterprise level Accounting System (Pastel Evolution) to present the Co-operative Banking Sector with a compelling offering. |
